Who Are We?

Hello! My name is Hailey Panther, I've been a baker for 10+ years. When I'm not professionally recruiting full-time, you can usually find me in the kitchen-pastry bag in hand.

I live in Erie, CO, with my husband and our 3.5 year old, Theodore, and 1 yr old Dillon. We love everything outdoors, fitness, trying new restaurants, taking day-trips in our beautiful state, and being in bed by 9pm. 

Each cake is unique and different-- and that's our goal. 

There is no 'set style', it's whatever you want to create.
